Teacher development in education has come to be viewed as essential if the dispositional needs of teachers are to be met and the goals of the organisation are to be realised. This workshop will introduce participants to a practical and effective quality appraisal framework that is simple and clear. The Education Council’s Our Code, Our Standards will be examined indepth. Course runs from 9am-12pm.
